As the coupe is my daily driver, I can afford to have one day off work to get it done. Couldn't send him my ECU

Re: REMAP NOW AVAILABLE

The current map that is in your ECU will be stored in a file on Ross's laptop, making room for the new map in its place. But yes I believe it still retains the ability to learn and adjust

Re: REMAP NOW AVAILABLE

From my understanding he gets all the information from the adaptive data that is on the current map in your current ECU, then the new map adapts itself to that information. In theory the ECU still adapts itself to new mods done in the future. Mine will be going in either in Feb or March, all comes d...

Re: V6 Crankshaft failure AKA Knock'o'death

The Knock Of Death is not a common problem with the Sante Fe, Trajet or even the Sedan. It is only the coupe. Have a look to see what type of people own the Sante Fe, Trajet and Sedan? They keep on top of servicing, where as some people who get the coupe neglate the servicing and also put the wrong ...

The same engine is in the Santa fa, trajet can't remember the other one and none of them have gone bang. It's done to poor servicing or people who don't service them then wonder why they go bang

I never said anything about a fake story, I was just saying that not all V6's are bad. It just annoys me as well as other V6 owners when people who don't own them just shoot them down

I went from a 2.0 to a v6 and they are the same on fuel. They sound amazing. People who say stay away from the v6 are the people who haven't owned one just hear the stories and assume they are all bad. I paid £1850 for mine. Just have a look on eBay and autotrader you will find one in sure Sent from...

Hyundai coupe se 2L twin headlights

The basic package with RAC covers the car. An option you can get which also covers you so doesn't matter what car your in. Bare in mind also when you do take cover out for the first 48 hours you don't have cover or at least they won't come out in that time

New coupe owner in Stoke

Just be careful of Ross, yes he is very good at servicing the coupes and doing things like clutches, cambelts brakes things like that but be careful with engine related things
