Yeah they look cool, although im not convinced by this one but for now it does the job.

No its apparently an Erisin ES7888G which seems to be a android type stereo running Win CE. Seems its a chinese stereo so support or updates etc are practically non existant.

ah ok, well mine is flush at the moment but obviously that stops the screen opening fully so I will need to pull mine forward.

Thanks all. The stereo is only a cheap no brand, I wanted to try in there first to see what its like as didnt really want to install a double din one. I think I will have to pull it forward like youve done Silver Ninja but am hoping to spend some time at the weekend on it if the weather is ok. Colin
