Re: A word of warning !

I use one of those rubber pucks but mine has a slit in it for use in the stock jacking areas so it doesnt move.
If lifting both front/rear wheels I dont use the puck, and instead I stuck some thin felt on the metal to prevent scratches without the risk of anything slipping.

Re: REMAP NOW AVAILABLE

It's impressive he has managed to do this but the results don't seem worth it imo, especially since fuel economy will suffer even more and likely damage resell value.
It will never be a fast car no matter how much money you throw at it

Well, that has to be the most informative first post ever. You should email Hyundai UK. They could use you in their publicity. Welcome! Was going to say this. Says a lot about reliability. OP how much did it cost roughly, and did you stay in hostels etc? Interested in what you did for all that time...

Re: Body control module

Met Ross the other day. Incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'm very lucky to live half an hour from his garage.
If you live miles away, any phone/TV/computer repairer worth his salt should be able to solder new relays on for you if you provide them

Re: Flaming accident

The heat gun really amplified the danger in such an enclosed space.
