NF approved breathalyser - You can drink 2 bottles of French wine and pass, but half a glass of German, Italian etc and you're toast! French protectionism!!!

Re: Reintroduction
Hi guys, I'm thinking about getting another Coupé so I'm taking a look around for ideas and maybe a little advice too. I currently have a Mondeo... which is better than the Coupé in every way except looking and sounding good, but that's enough for me to have got bored of it :P My main worry is tryi...

Re: Hyundai Recall Letter
I privately bought so am I to expect a letter? The other half got hers from a Hyundai dealer Recall letters are sent out to registered keepers via the DVLA database. I've had 2 in the past, Sierra - Seatbelt buckle recall around 1986. Astra Mk3 - possible water contamination in the brake fluid mast...

Emailed TWG this afternoon about mine (an 04) with Reg and Vin no's, and had a phone call about an hour later to say mine is in the clear. Who did you email? Wouldn't mind getting mine sorted. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk My local dealer who had worked on the car already. You can get the cont...

Re: Very Brief Headlight Dimming
Yeah happens on almosst any car. Current surge causes it, or rather a high draw of current. Never noticed the revs dip a little with aircon too? Actually, the car ticks over slightly faster with the a/c on. switch it off and revs drop slightly (Gen 3, 2 litre) though they may drop briefly at a/c sw...

Re: Heavy Oil Consumption
Hi, New here (intro elsewhere). As stated in my intro, I've had my Gen 3 2.0 for 7 months. In that time, I've topped up my car twice, once in Aug after a 1000 mile trip to, around, and away from Cornwall via Stratford, many motorway miles, took 250ml! Since then I've added a further 200 ml or so in ...

Hello, new member!
Hi all, finally got around to it. Got my Gen 3 April 30 this year, 44700 miles on the clock, from a Hyundai Dealer (ALM Macclesfeild, about 40 miles from me). VERY pleased with it, having been a Vauxhall man before (since 1990 anyway, was a Ford man before that) My car history: 1976-78 - Commer Imp ...
