I broke it I think

Need help urgent left a interior light on in car flattened the battery tried jump starting it from the wife's car,
All dashboard light come on but engine is just clicking like a card in a bycle wheel please help

Sounds like shes not getting enough current. Try cleaning the terminals on both batteries to make sure you are getting a good connection.

as above, but also leave it a few mins before trying again to get some charge back in the battery.

It could be you had a dodgy battery and didn't realise, this has shown it up

Is it bad if engine management light is on or just reset the car electronics eg disconnect battery fast hating my car

Try to rev the wifes car while starting yours.

Make sure those terminals are clean as possible and even wiggle the teeth of the leads a bit to get them to bit into the terminals.

Failing that you either just need to charge the battery for a few hours or bump start it.

Sorry to be a pest bit if need bump start it where the best place to put a tow rope as I got a bum shoulder and cannot push the car and wife would never mange to push it

Swap the batteries and try it, if it starts then you know your battery is kaput.
People should really stop expecting normal from me... It's never going to happen :icon_cool:

Check your jump leads are for the right size engine. Mine go up to 3.5L engine and could jump start Freddie Mercury :)

Thanks guy for all advice managed to fine a mate with a charger put it on overnight it went first time back in love with the coupe ( not sure for how long lol)
