OK ladies and gents, after a few years out a coupe, I am formally now seriously looking at getting a Coupe again.

So, up for sale is my BMW 330ci E46.

Year: 2000
Mileage: 81,000
Engine: 3.0 231bhp
MOT: Jan 2014
TAX: End March (i think, may be later)
MV2 18" alloys
Heated Leather Seats
All the usual trimmings and luxury of a 3 series.
Meer Green with Tan / Cream Colour leather

Price: £1650 FIRM.

Only modification to the car is a SS Catback - only quiet, not obtrusive.

If you know your RWD cars, you'll know these are bloomin good. Great 50/50 weight distribution, fantastic handling and just enough poke.

Effortless and comfortable, 0-60 in a mediocre 6.5 seconds - wont set the world on fire but who really needs to gun it anyways.

I have owned the car since last Jan, and for the lucky buyer, pretty much done almost every 'common' problem on the e46 (there's a lot)

Just within the last 6 months:

* Major Service @ 79k
* 2 x uprated Meyle Lower arms and rear bushes
* Final Stage Resistor
* Oil Level Sensor
* Front Drop Links
* New battery (on Sat)
* Rocker Cover Gasket
* Oil filter housing Gasket
* Expansion tank (these go at 8-10 years normally)
* Brake level sensor

Sure there's more bits and bobs that I've forgotten.

Anyhow - I'm looking to sell up, and anyone who wants to get a cheap RWD car, with fantastic poke that isnt 100 years old, or a POS, then look no further! I'm after a quick sale, so hense the low price. Once my minds made up.... its made up

Now the car is 13 years old, and like any car has its blemishes - so i'll try and be as honest as i can with these as its only fair.

Front arches are showing bubbling - not broken paint yet
5" rust bubble on rear quarter - not sure what that is, but not gotten any worse in my ownership.
Will need 1 front tyre for MOT - cant think of anything else it would need.

On occasions the brake light is sticky - needs a new brake light sensor imho - but only 25 pounds from dealer..... but its only done it twice that I've noticed.

Other than that, good to go!

As its not a stupid wannabe 'M' or MSport or whatever, for some reason insurance is Very low - i am 26, and pay 310 fully comp with NCB protected etc. Tax is in the cheaper bracket at around 260 for a year.

Anyhow, will post pics up asap. But please PM me if interested.

Never tracked, previously owned by a private school teacher (looked like someone out of harry potter with a weird school cloak and everything) and had as a second car to a VW Camper van - hense low mileage for the year.

All in all a fantastic little motor, at 80k its still a baby for a BMW, and at a giveaway price, all good! Here's a couple of poor pics

Thanks dodge!

Well mate, to be honest it stems back 4 years ago..... I sold my v6 for a 55 plate 350z, car of my bloomin life. Had the gen 2 turbo on the go too. anyways ended up having to sell up, and never got over it really. Bought a celiac 190 and hated it from the word go - car was perfect but I just hated fwd. So sold up 9 months later and got the BMW.

Now I'm actively looking at property with 'er indoors, which means before my hands are tied it's my last chance to get a new car, and sadly it can't be a 350z. So, with that it has to be a 2.5k car that's going to last me a good few years.....

Whittled down its either a Ford focus or a coupe. No competition.

Whilst I really enjoy driving the BMW, i'm itching for a new car (usually I change every 9 months... to my cost lol) and something to tinker with again, and I've always had a soft spot for a coupe - the next one will be my 4th!

Long story short, I only potter to work, the gym, and back and forth to hers......so time to get something sensible.

At 22 I don't thin a 3l BMW is gonna be a cheap option on my insurance! :icon-lol: if it was the other side if Christmas it definately could've been a buy, depending of if I could get rid of the coupe...
