How do

#1

Post by Waz »

Hi folks

Previous gen 3 owner here, on the look out for a 2 litre SIII. Thought I'd found the ideal one but it turned out to be a lemon so the search continues. In the mean time I'm driving around in a Mazda 3, but feeling the urge to drive something less practical! Figured I might aswell trawl a few forums and see if there's anything up for sale worth having :)

I'm an insurance broker for my sins but have very little to do with private cars these days, mostly focused on commercial stuff altho I have dealt with it over the years so may be able to offer some advice if nothing else.

Anyway assuming I'm not banned for working for the enemy i'll see you about!

Cheers
Paul

Thanks, think for the moment it's just a matter of finding one worth having

I'm quite fussy when it comes to cars, don't want to be spending money then spending more putting it right, would rather hang on a bit longer until I find one that fits the bill. More money to spend on tarting it up that way too :icon-biggrin:

Haha I won't be going too far with it, a lot will be what I had on the old coupe I suspect, debadge, red callipers and beef up the sound system a bit.

One thing I am considering is putting some kind of tablet mount into the dash as opposed to going for a double din head unit, but not sure how that'll work out at this point - will need to get the car and do some head scratching first...
