Have to post here before I can post elsewhere, so hello! I've a 2.0 Gen 3 and I'm from Dublin in Ireland
Using the how to guides I changed the actuator in the passenger side door as it was acting up. I've a few other minor things wrong with the car that I need to fix
[*]Drivers side actuator needs replacing as the lock keeps locking itself. It does open with the key and the central locking still opens it but then when driving along it randomly locks itself so that's one thing
[*]Passenger window has locked up, so I have a new motor that I need to replace. (Little worried about doing this one as I seem to have to disassemble the whole window - insert nervous smile!
[*]Screenwash now barely makes it out of the pump. Think this just needs to be cleaned so I will have to take a look at that!
So, I've a bit to do and this website seems like a great resource so lets get fixing!! I've seen some of the how to guides for the above, but if anybody has any specific tips then I am all ears

Re: Hello!
Hello Dave
Welcome to the club
(the window motor can be swapped without removing the window regulator.....(the bit that actually winds the window up and down).....bit fiddly, but can be done by just removing the door card .......if you're struggling, drop me a pm)
