Newbie here in Kildare Ireland

#1

Post by Steelheart »

Hi all,
just got my 2003 Hyundai Coupe 2.0 yesterday. Previous cars are Accord Type R, Octavia VRS, Mr2 Turbo & Celica vvtli. Very impressed with the drive of the Coupe, One of the nicest interiors I have ever had in a car, Its standard enough apart from brand new 17" Team Dynamics alloys, Orange taken out of the headlight & Sony bluetooth stereo. I plan on painting the inside of the headlights black in the near future & upgrading to the 3.5 bumper off the facelift model. Maybe an aftermarket cat back exhaust system too & a good induction kit.
Ill stick up some pictures over the next few days.

Hi Mick, Im in Monasterevin Co Kildare myself, not too far from you at all. Thats a nice Coupe you have in the pictures. Im looking for the Gen3.5 front bumper for mine, By any chance would you know where I can pick up one?

Hi all, Here is a quick picture of my 2003 Coupe 2.0, I spent the long weekend doing a few bits with it like Full Service, Painted Brake Calipers Hammerite Blue, Fitted K & N Induction Kit, Carbon Wrapped around the 3 gauges & around the gearstick surround, fitted new Sony bluetooth Stereo. De-tarred car & alloys,
Lots more to follow :-)

Fred
constantly checking ebay would be your best bet. they're rare, but they do pop up from time to time.

theres a big scrapyard in kilcock and another one on the old N4 between kilcock and enfield. not sure if they have any tho, its been a long time since i was in either of them
