Hello from Bristol

#1

Post by Pipper_ripper »

Hi all.

Owned my gen 3 2.0l se auto now for over a year and am still enjoying it as much as the day I got it. It's bog standard although I am considering upgrading the wheels to either the 17" 2.7 v6 alloy wheels or a set of 18" mazda rx8 alloy wheels.
So any advice or anyone with a reasonably priced set for sale please let me know.

Cheers, Pip

Thank you everyone for your warm welcome and thanks for the nudge in the direction of dodge's post about the wheels. I must admit they do look good on but I'm a little concerned about the buckled one?
Has anyone else on here got rx8 alloys on theirs?

Also dodge, how much do you pay for rubber on yours?

I payed £100 all in, a bit of a bargain if you ask me.

If you get these for around 100 quid and get the buckled one done for about 45 to 50 quid its still a bargain

I know of a place in bristol that send them off to get them straightened in a jig type thing

If they don't sell contact him and see what you can get them for. cant hurt to ask :confusion-shrug:
