Got them done eventually when it calmed down to just a drizzle, it took 2 hours!!! Just to get pads on the front 2 wheels!!!- I'm cold and Fed up now.... :-( had seized on brakes so had loads of messing with calipers to get them free, took ages!!! Barely anything left of pads don't know how it stopped.... How can people sell a car like that and he's been driving to an from Wales like that.... It was dangerous!! Also to cheer me up my washer jets decided they have packed in.... I'm not in the mood for anymore faults... I feel I fell for a con.... I could have bought a project Car for £500.. But thought would pay out an get something which just needs a little tlc....so I feel really conned! That's all... Im gonna go stare at my red skip. :-(

I'm really fed up now... I could have bought a project car the v6 for £500 but didn't want to gave to do so much to get it running right.... So I bought this one for over double the price and its turning out to be a project car..... Since Wednesday the faults I am in the process of sorting are- 2x front tyres, 2x front brake pads (including 2 hours Labour sat out in cold!!!!) needs windscreen replacement, needs timing belt kit, needs wing mirrors an spoiler re-laquring, needs bonnet respray, 1x arch needs rust treating an painting, washer motors failed needs replacing, 1x New alarm key fob, possible drop link bars to sort, and diagnose the 'clunk' whilst steering and fix that.... The project car would have been cheaper in hindsight! :-( I was really happy to get the coupe..was fine in knowing I would have a little work to do to it. But I not happy to be conned... Seller knew half these faults! He must have know brakes were this bad...I am shocked at the state of the pads. I now dread to think what is wrong with it which I don't know about or haven't found yet!

Yeah I suppose! I didn't buy it for a reason so I shouldn't dwell on it... I think I will cheer up in a bit.. Gonna finish my cuppa an cross brakes off my list and I will try cheer up..on the optimistic side now have less than 10 things to sort so it's getting closer... At least it's safe now - it will stop.

Seems to do it if the cars being turned from full lock to full lock at slow or no speed.... Normal driving I don't hear it even round tight bends......
