Electric mirrors and cigarette lighter

Hello all .....My cigarette light and electric mirror adjustment have stopped working. I suspect a blown fuse but, as I've just moved, I have misplaced the owners manual and can't work out which fuse to look for using the fusebox diagrams. Can anyone help?
