Hi,
I had a Gen 1 sometime ago - and liked it. I currently have a Ford Blandeo (and a motorbike, and a Mk1 MX5) - and now the kids have departed I'm looking to get a gen 3 or 3.5......?
So, I'm here to sniff around, learn what I might get for my money and see what's for sale .....!
Good to meet you all
Doug

Re: Hello - wanabe newbie
Cheers folks - nice to feel welcome!
As for bike - now that I'm old, I seem to be looking for character rather than outright speed (my selling points as well now?) and have been riding a Yammie TRX850 twin (poor man's ducati?) - and a very loud one at that.
As for coupe recommendations - Gen 3.5 is seemingly winning hands down? I was leaning this way as it will have to be my practical everyday car and so I'll probably look for something new'ish, with low'ish miles - and you seem to get a lot of car for your money?
