Cheers Guy's!, The Most annoying problem is my windscreen washers.

I can hear the motor running when I try to spray the screen but it doesnt pump water. Possible a blockage somewhere?, Or is this a common problem?

Yep just took a nose through, took the headlight out and found the pump.

Disconnected the pump and cleaned the gauze which was gross, but its offically working again!

Is the many guys on here from northern ireland or are ya'll mainly mainland uk?

Welcome! Stick around and you'll find all the answers you need! First thing to do with the window washers would be to blast a bit of WD40 on them and have a quick go at them with a toothpick, hopefully they're just blocked nozzles and not the actual pump need cleaning.
