I'm on the Facebook group and spend most of my time there - thought I'd have a look at the Forum!
Currently getting my number and sticker sorted out (hopefully in the next few days). Got a Tidal Wave XX Blue SIII and it's my pride and joy.
I was late to the coupe scene having had mostly nothing but brand new sensible cars (e.g. a spanking new all singing and dancing Octavia). Understandably, I got bored. The wife upgraded her car so I no longer had to be relegated to family vehicles huzzah!... I had set my sights on a GT86 originally, and test drove a few which were great fun. I had spotted one I was going to buy and sold the Octavia.
Fortunately, in the meantime - I spotted a beautiful coupe and took a gamble - I mean it was 2.4k vs 13k so, why not? Obviously it isn't a speed demon but dear god is it fun. I haven't regretted once.
I just wish parts were easier to come by so I can tinker with my toy a bit freer than waiting weeks at a time from abroad
