Hello there,
I used to be a member of the forum in it's previous incarnation which I joined back when I bought my black Gen 1 F2 six or seven years ago.
Sadly she is now giving up the ghost and the time has come to move on. I will be taking delivery of a white TSiii in the next couple of days! Can't wait, I've been on the look out for one for a couple of years now.
So, I thought it was time to get back on the forum as say hello!

That's good to know. I thought you might have a horror story about it for a moment there! I agree, that other one was a little over priced whereas I think I've got mine for bang on the money!hyunky wrote:No not a bad thing at allJackalpants wrote:I hope you knowing the one I've got isn't a bad thing?!? We are a happy friendly bunch here so you have no worries.
A white TSiii is pretty much the only Coupe I wouldn't flinch at swapping mine over for. I noticed one had dropped off the computers of late and must have been sold. That local-ish one to you is a tad over priced to be honest
Re: Returning member with a new Coupe!
Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I look forward to picking your brains over the coming months!

Re: Returning member with a new Coupe!
I've got to be honest, I'm far from an expert but the service history looked fine to me. I did consider an RAC inspection but decided just to go for it in the end. A bit of a gamble I suppose!?! It's got about 5 months left on the original warranty.
As for the other one. It gets worse, he was on the phone to my seller telling him he was selling it too cheap and asking him to take it off sale at that price!!! He was also claiming it was the only white one available in the UK. I guess I bought the only "other" one. Tool might be a bit of an understatement.

Re: Returning member with a new Coupe!
Well, I've collected the TSiii today and although I had to endure a long accident strewn journey home (not involving me I hasten to add!) I couldn't be happier!
She's absolutely gorgeous, everything I hoped and more!
I am one happy lad!

On the subject of the services history Ash, having gone through everything in even more detail today before I handed over the cash, it turns out it's been serviced at each required interval by Hyundai right up to 24,000 miles. As I've just taken her over 32,000 today I'm guessing that the original 5 year warranty will stand.hyunky wrote:To be honest the only thing that I wanted to know was the actual state of the service history. If it was correct and the right stuff had been done it would still be covered under the original 5 year warranty for a while, which I would have wanted.
I am one happy lad!
