Re: Thinking about buying a V6 SIII
It's not after '02 as mine is an '03 and is £270 for 12 months. I think it's cars after '06 jump up to £460 for 12 months so this one will be one of those, OUCH!!!rikthornton wrote:^^^ Yes they do - anything after 2002 (or is it '04) is currently circa £400 for 12 months I believe.

Re: Thinking about buying a V6 SIII
yeah they are £460. eek. A bit more than the £90 for my current diesel Ford Fiesta...
on the other hand the 2.7s seem cheaper to buy than the 2.0s. Like this one:

Re: Thinking about buying a V6 SIII
It's been very common for some time now for the top end range engine to be cheaper than the more basic model versions and this comes down to ongoing running costs.
Generally speaking a 1.6 focus on a 2008 will fetch more money than V6 Coupe

Re: Thinking about buying a V6 SIII
General opinion seems to be that you cannot rely on any to have it remember the v6 was discontinued long before siii finished you dont know how many were old cars not registered or how many old engines there were.tbh its better to assume NONE had it
