Hi guys and gals, The names James and i now own a Gen3. Very happy with the car but need to ask a question about the remote central locking. When i park the car and press the lock button on the control nothing happens for a good 20-30 seconds (constantly pressing the button) which is fare enough but when i need to leave the car in a hurry it's a bit of a pain in the arse. I have noticed though that if i shut the drivers side door, go around to the passenger side, open then close this door the central locking kicks in right away? Is there any reason for this? Why cant i just shut the drivers door, press the button and hey presto, bob's yer auntie it locks? Can someone let me know if there's anything that can cure my pain ta.
