Another Newbie

Afternoon all.

I was looking around the Internet for some information when I came across this forum so thought I would join up. It's actually my son that owns the car, I just get the joyous task of fixing it when he breaks it!

I'll post some photos up when I get a moment, but it joins a wide ranging fleet of cars in the family, from an E60 523i, two Mk4 Astra's, an E36 BMW m3 Evo convertible and two Opel Monza coupe's.

More than enough to keep me busy which is why my Monza fleet hasn't been on the road for a few years!

Anyway, looking forward to some interesting reading in the near future! :icon-biggrin:

Sorry, not exactly sure what you're getting at but I'm guessing other cars aren't welcome? :confusion-shrug:

Very nice - like those, good (and only IIRC) Capri alternative...
Well there were far more varients of the Capri engine wise as the Monza was based on the Opel / Vauxhall Senator A so only came with the 3.0L S6 injected engine, but they were both amazingly good at going rusty, hence the reason I've been welding one of mine back together for the last five years and have yet to start on the other!

Not at all Tony it is me simply welcoming you to HCOC - The Hyundai Coupe Owners Club... Just about all of us have other cars in the 'family' and we've all had other cars in the past and often help and share advice on other makes. This is not the sort of Club where we have a pop at people and most certainly would not do so in a welcome post. As a moderator I ensure this does not happen :handgestures-thumbupleft:

If completely honest I've been helping with the Search Engine Optimization with the Club since it was re-named and re-branded to "HCOC - The Hyundai Coupe Owners Club" and therefore write "HCOC - The Hyundai Coupe Owners Club" at every opportunity on posts to help with this.
Excellent, thanks for the clarification, much appreciated. :icon-biggrin: To be honest nothing has gone wrong with the car at all, but I had an electric aerial to fit so went looking for the information and it brought me here. I'm surprised that the loom isn't already in place but at least I got the answer I was looking for from here so an excellent start.

I always try searching for my answers first as I know how annoying it can get when people see the same questions asked over and over again, and what's the point of having a core of information on a forum if you don't go and look for it?

Thanks again all for the warm welcome....
