just a quick helloo...just bought a 2000 1.6 coupe se model......needs a few things doing but overall ok...
needs stereo,clock,(possibly fuse)dipstick and couple of tyres ....and few bits of rust on wheel arches to sort..

Yes rust on the wheel arches is a common problem but still gotta love a Gen2 - as Mr K said, beautiful cars.
I've got a Gen2 1.6 going to the scrapyard soon so I could sort you out a few bits if you need; clock, dipstick etc. Let me know.

cheers for all the welcomes.......have put new wheels on ..but found some rust under the sill over thing..so that will come off at some stage and get that welded....

well have ordered all the bits for sill ,just need to get brave and take covers off
..then get quotes for welding
