Generally rubbish looking car BUT I do like his rear lights.Wonder what he did to them?

Rear lights do look quite nice but the reflectors are gone is that legal without them? Car could still be decent with some work, needs to be cheaper.

Legal wise it's fine I've had mine black for years(fog lights)
That blue one I have outside is more or less the same
