Re: Sharkys Meet pics and reports 2014
Cracking day out all - brilliant of course to put real faces to screen names! Most of you were not at all what I expected!
Dupe's car was fantastic in the flesh, Hig's SIII was really special and I can't deny that Mike & I had the best colour...
My dad loves the Gen 2s, looking at the photos now!
Hopefully there weren't too many little fingerprints on bodywork either...!
Thanks again to all for the company and of course Sharky for hosting & Carlsberg for organising
Pipes are always cool, Mike! Tom's favourite. Obviously. Nothing to do with the stash of chocolate buttons inside. Beautiful car, it's great to see them in the flesh, after so many threads and photos - they never quite do the cars justice! Coupe, Coupe... McLaren? Start 'em early, as everyone was saying!! I could never make up my mind with Dupe's car from the pictures, I'm so pleased I saw it in the flesh, it's completely different to how I'd expected, even though I knew what it looked like! I'd love to see this all over the car, why stop at the bonnet...! Incredible. He had a nap in the boot. His grandmother was horrified, I thought it was a grand idea.
