Either the sun roof drains are leaking or the rear washer jet.
Rear washer jets an easy check, the trim directly under it inside the boot just pops off and if there's water/residue there that's the culprit.
Mine leaked when I go the car, got a replacement down the scrappy and used a little silicon to seal it.

I've just had to do mine on my Gen 2 - mine was running along the inside of the trim to the join at the end and dripping down onto the back seat.

Thanks guys for quick reply will check rear washer tomorrow, however if its the drains in the sunroof does that mean the removal of the head liner to see pipework? Ive looked for the drain holes in the corner of sunroof but cant see them was going to blow some air down them if blocked. has anyone got any pics of them as manual does not show any diagrams of the pipework run.
