The best and easiest way is:-
Instead of using the Quick Reply" box
Use the "Post Reply" button or if you have already started in the quick reply box just click the" Full Editor & Preview" button below it.
Under where you write comments you will see there's tabs underneath, click on the one that says attachments, then you get the option to add files. Go find photo files from your computer.. Only thing you need to be able to do is shrink them down to right size using some kind of photo shop tool.
I use one called "VSO Image Resizer" and do them to 1600x 1200 and have not had any problems uploading any
