New SIII owner

Hi all,
just picked up an immaculate black SIII and really enjoying it. Looking to modify as I had a fantastic S-Coupe Turbo SE before (1.5l, 12v with a turbo... what a dream
) but it sadly got written off my a people carrier, devastating.
First plan is a set of dark grey wheels, so any advice or suggestions would be great!

Welcome aboard when did your s coupe get written off? You'll spot the forum owns two....

while back now, probably four years? I had two but one the engine finally gave out on and the second as I said got written off sadly. Loved those cars and always wanted an SIII but wasn't doing the miles to justify buying one... however now I've got one as a project / weekend run about its awesome!

I know its a real shame it was a great car and cheap to tax and insure being technically under a 1.5!
My dad had one from new back in the day in that awesome dark metallic green and I had that for a couple of years until the engine gave up and just wasn't financially worth investing into as it would need too much work and replacement parts were scarce.
I then got hold of a red one and did it right up but this one got written off by a lady driving a people carrier... luckily her kids were alright but a hell of a shock for me out of nowhere!
both are probably sat in Silverlakes Southampton if anyone needs parts ;-)
Looking forward to getting stuck into the SIII though, great looking car.

Yeah no idea but that's where they ended up! Was about 3/4 years ago now though for the red one and probably 4/5 for the green...
