Replacement short shifter parts

Good afternoon everybody I have just registered and I am hoping to pick your brains, recently the gear stick sheared off as I changed from 4th to 5th. I need to replace the gear stick and the box it screws into but I've no idea where the part came from, the dealer does not know either so I was hoping someone out there has the same and can give me more details so I can replace it, I will upload pictures when I can work out how to
