Evening all. My name's Dan.

I've been gifted an MOT failure and I'm hoping to get it sorted and through an MOT. Not had one of these before so just wondering if you fine people think it's a worthwhile project.

It needs new discs and pads, simple enough. Handbrake needs looking at, simple enough. It has an EML on, which I'm putting down to the exhaust issues, do second hand systems go cheap enough?

Here's a list of the MOT failures and advisories, can anyone see anything costly? Both the rear tyres were changed in an attempt to pass it, everything else needs doing.

Nice and easy list that!
New wipers, new rear discs and pads. The imbalance will be seized slide pins on the rear calipers, sort this when you swap discs and pads.
MTEC are a nice replacement.

Eml on and emissions point to a damaged or leaky flex joint.

hi mate and :text-welcomewave: to the forum. nice easy fix them. the emissions side do the blow first then check the flexi, and possible check the air filter, and at the worst change the lamba sensors. :handgestures-thumbupleft:
