I have just purchased a Coupe SIII and am using the car as a daily drive. So far so good. The service history is missing but I have managed to speak to my local dealer who has confirmed they have seen the car and carried out some service and warranty work in the recent past. There is a dealer sticker in the rear window, which I assumed was the supplying dealer. I rang them and they also confirmed they had serviced the car. Result!
What I don't know is when the cambelt was last changed so the car is booked in for this and a mechanical once over too.
Great car with loads of toys and kit as standard. Loads of little things to do to the car which I am looking forward to doing, clay bar, wax, leather clean, carpet clean under bonnet clean, alloy clean in other words all those jobs you do when getting a new project car.
Looking forward to spending time on the forum and getting to know what makes the Hyundai Coupe community tick...
Cheers guys.
