Hi all,
I'm Steve and I live in Leighton Buzzard, Beds.
Picking up a 59k mile '56 plate Gen 3.5 Atlantic 2.0 tomorrow.
Never owned a Hyundai or Korean car before.
This will be my 38th car that I've owned and I just took the plunge and went for the Coupe after seeing it in a dealers yard.
First plan is the obligatory service that I do for any car that I buy.

Re: Gen 3.5 New Owner
Thanks. I've been reading many posts and looking at various websites including Opie Oils, EuroCarParts, Halfords, many and various old forum posts about which oils to use. I like to do regular changes anyway so will likely be opting for 10w40 Semi Synth and change it every 6k miles or 1 year.
I was worried with the car being red that it might turn pink after sitting in the sun like my old Intergra Type R did (despite the fact the Integra was always garaged when not in use).

Re: Gen 3.5 New Owner
10w40 is what HCOC strongly recommend. These engines are far happier with that in this country.

Re: Gen 3.5 New Owner
Wow, 62. You’re off the scale man! Lol
I’ve also owned 9 motor bikes including the two I have at the moment.
Good to know about the paint too.
Thanks for the welcome guys.

I would be happy to join and pay a membership fee. If I join now, would I need to pay again in January?
