I'm looking to make a comeback...my very first ever car was a 53 plate 2.0 and I'm looking to get another couple but this time 2.7 V6 as a project car.

I found one on auto trader for a grand which was about right but the seller has gone quiet on me. I tried to look on the car sales section of this website but it would open.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks for the messages. I have now purchased a car (well...collecting tomorrow) an 06 plate 2.0 SE.

My quest now begins to find headers an cat back upgrades. I can't find any parts to order (my cousin is a mechanic so we are fitting everything ourselves). Can anyone direct me to where I can find some?

Your about 15 years too late really. You won't find any outside of secondhand. Drop the questions in the relevant sections and you may get some answers but in all honesty you are looking at Tuscani Customs for headers and cat back being custom made.
